At Zubair Collection, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
